رگولاتور TDA3681ATH LDO

رگولاتور TDA3681ATH LDO یک تنظیم کننده ولتاژ با خروجی چندگانه همراه با یک power switch و  ignition buffer می باشد.سوئیچ برق و یک بافر احتراق. این رگولاتور برای استفاده در رادیوهای اتومبیل با یا بدون میکروکنترلر در نظر گرفته شده است.به طور کل رگولاتور TDA3681A شامل موارد زیر است:

• چهار تنظیم کننده ولتاژ ثابت همراه با مدار محافظت از جریان برگشتی (تنظیم کننده های 1 ، 2 ، 3 و 4). خروجی ولتاژ 2 ، برای تغذیه میکروکنترلر در نظر گرفته شده است که در هنگام بی باری و خاموش شدن حرارتی نیز فعال است.

• رگولاتورهای 3 و 4 دارای یک پایه supply دوم هستند که می تواندبه ولتاژ های تغذیه پایین تر از (> 6.5 ولت) متصل شوند تا اتلاف توان کاهش یابد.

• سوئیچ قدرت دارای حفاظت ، که توسط پین کندورودی کنترل کار می کند.

• خروجی های Reset و hold برای ارتباط  با میکروکنترلر ؛ از سیگنال پین Reset می توان برای فراخوانی میکروکنترلر استفاده کرد.

• هر دو پایه تغذیه می توانند پالس های بی باری  و ولتاژهای منبع تغذیه منفی را تحمل کنند.

• رگولاتور 2 که در ولتاژ  بالاتر از 6.5 ولت به عنوان پشتیبان عمل می کند.

• ورودی اشمیت تریگر ignition همراه با خروجی push-pull
